Who needs Managed SMS Service Plan?

If you need to blast out SMS to large database of clients but do not have the resources to handle the job, then you might want to consider outsourcing an expert on this. Many of our clients had faced this problem and ended up not fully utilizing the system. That was 2 years ago. I am excited! Where do we start?

First, register to be an iSMS user at our online registration form. Its is easy and will only take you a while. Just remeber that you do not need to register new user accounts to use different iSMS Malaysia's Bulk SMS products. You will have access to all of iSMS Malaysia's products and services once you are a registered user of iSMS Malaysia.

What's next?

You can send over your client database (pre-inserted with client name and mobile phone numbers into an Excel file), to support@mobiweb.com.my. Then, in the email, please include your username, SMS text message content (Yes, You can personalise the message!), time of SMS delivery and your contact details. After receiving your email, we will send you an email confirmation.


Upon receiving the excel file (pre-inserted with client name and mobile phone numbers), iSMS Malaysia team will check on formatting errors such as number duplicates, incorrect numbers (too long or too short) and remove those errors from the list. We can also send you a test message (on request) and finally, send out the SMS in batches at the required time.
