How to Make a Contact Form on a WordPress Template

Contact forms can be added to your new page or post within a few steps. After the contact form is created, you may customise your wordpress contact form to fit your website and requirement. All information filled into the contact form will pass through a SSL connection (if this feature is selected) and Captcha option is made available to filter spams from your email inbox.


  1. Upload the entire secontactform folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
  2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
  3. Click "Add New Post" or "Add New Page". This will enable you to create a new page.
  4. Use shortcode [secontactform] anywhere in your post or page to show the form.
  5. You will find 'SE Contact Form' menu in your WordPress setting panel.
